REQUESTING BOOTS...

Do I qualify for a free pair of boots?

You (or your child) qualify for a free pair of boots to be sent to you if you play (or are going to play) rugby at a UK based rugby club (rugby union, rugby league or touch rugby).   When you request a pair (using our online boot request form) you will be asked where you play (or are intending to play) rugby.

How do you deliver boots to me?

We arrange free* delivery by TNT/FedEx.   This requires you to share your: address, email and a telephone number with us on our online boot REQUEST form.    *subject to the kind support of partner organisations 

How long will it take to get boots to me?

We aim to send boots or respond to requests within 14 days however this can sometimes be longer if our team of volunteers are away on holiday.   

Do you have all sizes of boots?

Yes, we generally have a good range of boots in stock, however, sometimes we do run out of specific sizes (especially large adult sizes 10+).   If this is the case we aim to let you know within 14 days.

My boots have been sent but have not arrived?

Please let us know and we will contact the courier company.

My rugby club has a boot exchange can RugbyBootBank® help?

No, we do not provide boots to support club's boot exchanges but members of the club can request and donate boots.   RugbyBootBank® is likely to have access many more size options.

I play rugby outside the UK may I request a pair of boots?

Sorry no, postage is expensive and our donors have given boots to RugbyBootBank® to be used in the UK..
